AquaVision

The Cadis AquaVision is an intelligent module that provides autonomous monitoring and management of a building’s water consumption. The system measures water consumption in detail, generates automatic insights and provides real-time notifications for leaks, water spills, sprinkler refills, cistern refills and more. The module can also control motorized faucets to prevent major water waste and/or damage.

The system, subject to correct installation of the water meters and taps, will earn you the following BREEAM credits:

  • WAT02 – Water Monitoring (1 credit)
  • WAT03 – Leak detection system (1 credit)
  • WAT03 – Flow control devices (1 credit)

Insights into your water usage

Your water usage can be visualized locally on the screen or via a web interface, without subscription or additional costs.

Our devices have a wide range of integration options and on request we develop additional functionalities.

Leak detection

The AquaVision monitors your water consumption 24/7 and uses artificial intelligence to detect problematic consumption in real time.

The device learns your unique building and distinguishes between normal and problematic consumption. Our latest algorithm is capable of detecting every leak without false detections anyway.

How do you use the device?

In the ideal setup, you have a water meter on every major water line. That way you know where in the building there is the greatest consumption or leaks, and you also meet BREEAM guidelines.

Automated faucets are placed just after the water meters to the various building sections, but NOT after the main water meter or sprinkler. These must legally remain available at all times in case of fire.
