BREEAM In-Use
Renovation and sustainable building management
BREEAM In-Use requires a different approach than New Construction because of the requirement to renew this certification every three years (every year for BREEAM-NL). It can be applied to existing and new buildings.
With our expertise in engineering and deep knowledge of BREEAM standards, we assist you with annual certification.
What we specifically do for you:
- Delivery, installation, integration and monitoring of all necessary equipment (Asset Performance)
- Collect the necessary evidence for your BREEAM assessor
- Facilitate consumption reporting (Management Performance).
We offer solutions for many credits in ENE, WAT, POL, HEA.
Retrofit and wireless metering
In existing buildings, it is often very difficult to install any more cabling. Our solution to this is to work with wireless consumption meters via LoRaWAN. So we can still meter any building, no matter how big or small, and get the data to you.
With our Cadis cloud service, we can transfer the data to you in any format or visualize it on a dashboard. This way we also offer follow-up and guarantee you receive your data in a timely manner.
All the meters we offer can also be used wirelessly: water, electricity, heat, gas, …
