The MBV-MoniSaver is a smart module intended for washrooms that records water consumption and closes the faucet in the event of absence. The module comes as a kit with a water meter, motorized faucet and pressure sensor. The motion detector is not included.
The device is designed to meet BREEAM WAT03: Flow control devices, but offers much more value because of its integrability into the BMS via Modbus TCP or RTU, water recording and leakage measurements. Through intelligent procedures, it distinguishes between an automatic urinal flush and a real leak.
