The Chocolate Box is the largest chocolate warehouse in the world and also the most sustainable, with a BREEAM Outstanding certification as proof of its highest sustainability score for logistics buildings. This underscores their commitment to environmentally friendly and energy-efficient practices.

Problem Statement
The Chocolate Box needed technologies to accurately monitor water and energy consumption to meet their sustainability goals. It was essential to track energy consumption in detail and optimize operational efficiency.

Our solution
Cadis provided crucial technologies, including the Aquavision Control for monitoring water usage and system settings. In addition, heat and cold meters were installed for detailed monitoring, while the Cadis Consumption Reporter provides valuable insights into consumption patterns. These solutions support The Chocolate Box’s sustainable ambitions while improving operational efficiency.
