Introduction
Galimmo is a real estate company focused on the development, management and investment in shopping centers and retail spaces in Europe. Their focus is on optimizing property portfolios and strategic partnerships to create compelling retail experiences and strengthen tenant partnerships.

Problem definition
Galimmo was looking for a partner to make their real estate more sustainable and optimized and found it in Cadis. The goal is to achieve BREEAM points to both improve environmental performance and increase property value. Cadis offers expertise and innovative products that meet BREEAM standards, contributing to more efficient and energy-efficient management.

Our solution
Cadis used several products to achieve BREEAM In-Use points. For water management (WAT01, WAT07), meters and leak detection have been implemented. CO2 and CO sensors were installed for health and well-being (HEA09, HEA10). In addition, refrigerant sensors (POL05) were installed to detect leaks. All of these systems are read wirelessly via LoRaWAN, providing cost savings for Galimmo.
