H tower of WTC Amsterdam
Amsterdam
Details
Introduction
The World Trade Center (WTC) Amsterdam is a leading business complex that continuously invests in sustainability and innovation to provide its users with a high-quality and future-proof working environment. Recently, EQUANS thoroughly renovated the technical systems of the 27-story H Tower, paying particular attention to sustainability and efficiency.
Problem definition
The existing installations of the H-Tower were outdated and no longer met modern requirements in terms of energy consumption, comfort and sustainability. In addition, an effective system for early detection of water leaks in plumbing systems and prevention of damage or energy loss was lacking. This situation not only increased costs, but also posed a risk to WTC Amsterdam’s sustainability goals.
Our solution
Together with Cadis, EQUANS has developed an innovative approach to address these challenges. The plumbing facilities are equipped with a preventive leak detection system and advanced monitoring. Integrating these technologies into the renovated facilities has significantly reduced energy consumption and improved comfort for users. These upgrades not only contribute to WTC Amsterdam’s sustainable ambitions, but also guarantee that the H-Tower is ready for the future, while maintaining a high level of quality.
