Service Engineer

Experience:3-5 years
Job Description
Cadis is an ambitious, flexible and growing company specialized in making buildings more sustainable by offering solutions as an integrator in the fields of energy and water. We design, supply, install and maintain systems for preventive leak detection and consumption monitoring in the Benelux and France based on a wide range of sensors and electronic modules. With these, we help our customers save energy and prevent water losses.
We are growing rapidly in the field of IoT (LoRaWAN). We install, configure and maintain private LoRaWAN networks to collect consumption data from meters (electricity, water and gas). We manage the collected data in our own database, process it and use it for various end applications.
We also develop our own data loggers and modules, the development of which is done by the R&D team. You will support the team in the development of new releases, testing and production of modules. We focus strongly on making buildings more sustainable, hence an interest in certifications such as BREEM, LEED and Well is definitely an advantage.
As a Service Engineer you will correctly install our leak detection and energy monitoring products at our customers. Furthermore, you are responsible for the maintenance of our products at customers. Where necessary, you support our in-house technician in the final assembly of our modules. You are responsible for preparing projects and deliveries, programming and testing all components. You participate in the research and development of new components and systems, in consultation with our R&D team. Occasional business travel in neighboring countries is required.
We work in a close-knit team, where you will be given freedom, trust and responsibility.
You will have a varied job: in addition to the installation of our modules, you will take care of the maintenance of our products at customers’ sites, participate in the development of new or existing modules,. ..
We are a small and flexible team, where a lot is possible and you have the space to make your own mark on the organization.
